Mythbuntu Summary

Mythbuntu is another great way to install a complete dedicated MythTV system without needing to do all the researech to build your own system from scratch. While it is one option in the growing list of options to install MythTV from scratch it is up to you which option you will go with.

To a experienced Ubuntu user, or even a user just starting out with linux, I think Mythbuntu is one of the easiest methods to install and configure MythTV. Mythbuntu has been able to learn from MythDora and Knoppmyth to make a complete system in its first version.

While Knoppmyth and Mythdora have more some advanced options, you can't do everything from such a simple control center.
