MiniMyth is a minimal MythTV distribution designed specifically for Via EPIA M based frontend systems. It's designed for disk-less frontends which are booted over the network using DHCP, PXEBoot, and TFTP.
MiniMyth is probably the most compact and stripped down MythTV distribution available, at least in terms of not including applications and functionality that MythTV does not require. Distributions like MythDora or KnoppMyth start with an existing general use distribution, then make it run MythTV. MiniMyth is built from scratch only to include things required for a MythTV system.
